I can't get the videos to play. How do I solve this?
Some students report issues playing the videos on the iPad. If you have issues, click on the video box anywhere near the start arrow and it should work for you. Clicking on the start arrow arrow itself seems to be an issue.
If your video is stalling as you watch it, please try these things in this order:
2. Move closer to your Internet (if you're using wifi).
3. Refresh your browser page.
4. Close tabs in your browser.
5. Restart your browser entirely.
6. Try a different browser (I recommend
Google Chrome).
7. Download the video to your computer by clicking on the download button under the video.
