I'm on a Mac and I when I try to install Inkscape, I'm told it is from an unidentified developer. What do I do?

If you have this issue, locate the Inkscape item in your Applications folder, hold down the Control key, and left click on Inkscape. You'll get a similar window telling you it is from an unidentified developer, but this time you can click the Open button. Once you do that, Inkscape will install.
